Does the shipment of garments run on my own ?
No! Shipping is completely free to anywhere in Mexico for purchases over $2,000 MXN. For purchases under $2,000 MXN, the cost is approximately $200 MXN. Shipping is done through private courier companies (DHL, UPS, Estafeta) and takes no more than 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
How can I know if they already sent my order once I bought it ?
Once the parcel service collects your purchase from our offices (only Monday through Friday, business days), we'll send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment and know when it will arrive at the address you requested.
Can I buy online and retire in boutique ?
Yes, you can. Just keep in mind that you'll need to select this option at checkout, and it will only be available at our Polanco boutique.
In case it is not the article that I received from my size, can I return it or change for another size or other ?
You can request a change of size or model or a refund (does not apply to items on sale or otherwise indicated), as long as it is within the first 7 days after receiving your purchase. If you prefer a refund, we will use your same payment method and the shipping costs (round trip) will be deducted.

Mexican glamor
Each Raquel Orozco piece is handmade and embroidered by Mexican artisans. The materials used in her designs include silk chiffon, silk crepe, silk taffeta, silk organza, wool, tulle, cotton, and leather.
