Online shipments and purchases
- You can receive your order at the address of your choice or at our boutique in Polanco (Emilio Castelar 227). The latter is the "pick up in store" option, which appears when you select the location where you want to receive your purchase.
- During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. (Usually 4 to 8 business days, during sales and promotional periods 8 to 12 business days, and for some items, the maximum delivery time is 20 business days.)
- As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email from our team with the tracking number so you can track it on the designated courier company's website.
- If you chose in-store pickup, we will notify you by email when your order arrives. You have 5 business days to pick it up. You must present your order number and ID upon delivery.
- Please note that if your order was placed on Friday after 2:00 PM, your shipment will be processed the following business day (Monday). Likewise, if your order was placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will also be processed the following business day.
- We offer free shipping throughout Mexico on purchases over $2,000 Mexican pesos. The shipping cost for purchases under $2,000 Mexican pesos is approximately $200.00 Mexican pesos.
-We offer 3 and 6 months of interest-free payments only on domestic or foreign bank cards for purchases over $3,000 Mexican pesos.
- In cases where shipments are made outside of Mexico to regions such as the USA, Canada, and Latin America, and customs fees are incurred, these fees must be paid by the customer in the recipient's country of origin to their customs department. These fees are as follows:
- Orders with a total value up to $299.99 USD: A flat-rate shipping fee of $85 USD will apply to these orders.
- Orders with a total value between $300 and $499.99: For orders with a value within this range, the shipping fee will be $50.
- For orders with a total value over $500 USD, shipping will be provided at no additional cost.
-For other geographic regions, the system will automatically apply the corresponding costs, and you will be able to see them before authorizing your purchase.
