Am I responsible for the shipping costs of the garments?
No! It's completely free anywhere in Mexico for purchases over $2,000 MXN. For purchases under $2,000 MXN, the cost is approximately $200 MXN. We ship with private courier companies (DHL, UPS, Estafeta), and it takes at most 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
How can I tell if my order has been shipped once I've purchased it?
Once the courier service collects your purchase from our offices (they only do so from Monday to Friday, on business days), we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment and know when it will arrive at the address you requested.
Can I buy online and pick up in-store?
Yes, you can do it, just keep in mind that you must select this option at the time of purchase and it will only be available at our Polanco boutique.
If the item I received is not my size, can I return it or exchange it for a different size or model?
You may request a size or model change or a refund (does not apply to items on sale or as indicated), provided it is within the first 7 days after you receive your purchase and taking into account that if you prefer a refund, we will issue it to your original payment method and shipping costs (round trip) will be deducted.
Shipping & Returns
Purchases and Shipping
You can receive your order at the address of your choice or at our Polanco boutique (Emilio Castelar 227). The latter is the "store pickup" option, which appears when you select where you want to receive your purchase (we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup).
During sales and promotions, the delivery time is longer than usual. (Usually 4 to 6 business days, sales and promotions 6 to 8 business days, and for some garments the maximum period is 12 business days).
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from our team with the tracking number so you can track it on the designated courier company's website.
If you chose the in-store delivery process, we will notify you of your order's arrival by email. From that moment, you have 5 business days to pick it up. You must present the order number and identification at the time of pickup.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you have received an item that does not match what you ordered, we will exchange the item(s) as soon as we receive them at our offices and verify their condition.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted for sale items or garments that indicate this, unless they are not the items originally purchased by you.
All exchanges or returns are valid for 7 days from the receipt of your order, whether the purchase was made online or in our store.
