Changes and refunds
- Changes or returns must be requested to personalshopper@raquelorozco.com
- Returns or refunds are not accepted on any items in the area of sales, or sales promotions or on garments that indicate this
-Changes in size or model are accepted.
-In garments with adjustments to the original size or sizes made to measure at the request of our clients in our Emilio Castelar boutique, we do not have changes or refunds at any time. case
- All exchanges or returns are valid within 5 days of receiving the order, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in one of our boutiques.
- Any change or return can be made through the company parcel service that we assign to you or also in our boutique in Polanco by presenting the purchase receipt sent with your order.
-If your size or model change is for an address outside of Mexico, you will be responsible for the cost of the outbound and return parcel service. We can provide you with a shipping guide for the parcel service that covers your country if you wish.
- To process your exchange or return via courier service, you will be provided with a tracking number from the courier company we select. You must print this tracking number and attach it to the box in which you will send us the item(s). Returns must be made within the first 3 business days after receiving the tracking number used to process the return or exchange.
- Upon receiving the item(s), we will confirm that they are in the same condition as when they were sent to you. Once this is confirmed, we will send you a new package, the cost of which will be covered by us, where applicable. (Applies only to delivery addresses within Mexico.)
- If you wish to purchase a higher-priced product, you will be asked to pay the difference.
- The item being exchanged or returned must not be worn, washed, or altered, and must still have its original tags. If this is the case, the exchange will not be accepted, and the merchandise will be returned to the customer, who will cover the shipping costs.
- If it is determined that the product(s) have been used, damaged, or mistreated by the customer, an exchange or refund will not be possible, and the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
-Exchanges of items can only be made once (e.g., you purchase an item, request to exchange it for another size or model, the physical exchange of the original garment is completed, from that moment on you can no longer exchange that second item).
- Refunds for the item(s) will be issued within a period of no more than 10 business days, counting from the time we receive your shipment at our offices and verify its status. Please note that with this refund method, the refund will be made using your same payment method, and all shipping costs incurred in order to deliver your order (round trip) will be deducted at the time we issue the refund.
- In cases where a return or exchange is requested for a shipping address outside of Mexico, the shipping costs will be borne entirely by the customer, as will any applicable customs fees in your country or ours.
